Schedule Set for 2023 3x3 Women's Series



The 3x3 Women's Series will make a record nineteen stops in 2023, including three in Canada, according to the initial season calendar released today.


Canada will go into this year's competition having won the series title last time out and today lean they have a lot of work ahead as they seek to retain their title for another year. See here the moment when Canada claimed the crown in 2022:


The fourth women's world tour will tip off in Wuhan on May 6th and then make its debut in Iran two weeks later. Teams will first touch down in Canada on July 19th, when the first tournament gets underway in Edmonton. A month later will see the return of the Quebec stop and Montreal will serve as the last tournament and last chance for teams to claim a place in the final.


There will be a further two stops in China, as well as three in France, two in Azerbaijan among many more across Europe and the Middle East in the build-up to the final in the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar on the 16th and 17th September. The full preliminary schedule is below:


An eclectic collection of venues for this season looks set to ensure a wide amount of teams will be able to participate in 2023. While no fixtures are so far set, whoever will be taking centre stage this season we are sure to have a lot of fun across the five months of play.
