Cameron Forte

Forward
From Tempe, Arizona
Forte had 36.2 and 12.7 rebounds per game to end his highly-decorated tenure with McClintock High School in Tempe. From there he went on to the Howard College Hawks in Big Springs, Texas. After a season where he achieved the fourth-best scoring average of 22.5, he was recruited to the Georgia State Bulldogs in the NCAA.
In two seasons Forte made 64 appearances for Georgia State, including the first round of the 2015 Division 1 tournament (The team lost 70-63 to Michigan State). He then played his senior year with the Portland State Vikings, starting in 19 out of 31 games and averaging 19.2 points, 9.2 rebounds and 2.6 assists per contest.
What followed would be a busy rookie year, split between Pristinha in Kosovo, Atomeromu in Hungary and Mexican team Pioneros de Los Mochis, for whom he posted 25.1 points and 12.4 rebounds in 25 games. In the 2018-19 season, after playing six games with Keflavik in Iceland, he moved to Chile to play for Los Leones de Quilpue, who reached the championship finals but lost four games to one against Valdivia.
In February 2020 he became a late signing for the London Lightning and on his debut on February 26 against Windsor he posted 25 points. He scored in double digits in his next three games, including 41 points against Sudbury, in what must be one of the most extraordinary NBL Canada debuts ever seen. One he and the team will hope to see continue in the season's remainder.

After his first Rebels' season was cut short, in his second he made 21 starts in 31 games, averaging 11.7 points and 5.4 rebounds.
