He also won the bronze medal for Canada at the 2011 FIBA Americas Under-16 championship, and then finished in fifth place at the 2012 Under-17 World championship.

He then joined Oregon State, playing in every game for three years and starter in every game for the last two. In junior year he played in the NCAA Division 1 championship, losing in the first round to the VCU Rams.

He then played one year with the Akron Zips, and averaged 14.2 points per game, before signing his first professional contract with the Hurricanes.

With Iona, he was named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference second team in his first season, and the first team the season after. He was also the 2017 conference tournament MVP, made two NCAA Division 1 championship first round appearances, and shot 50% from the field across his entire college career.

He was selected by Wonju in the second round of the 2017 Korean Basketball League draft, but did not suit up for the team. The Hurricanes will be his professional debut.
