Malcolm Miller made an immediate impact on the Saint John Riptide and the NBL Canada, which is one of the many stops on his basketball journey.

Miller began playing with South Plains in Levelland, Texas, later joining the NCAA Division 1 team Southern Jaguars. A solid bench presence in his first year, averaging 15.5 points and 5.8 rebounds per game, he became a starter in his second.

He made it to the second round of the Division 1 championship in 2013, as part of his highly decorated career with the Jaguars which saw him named to the All-Southwestern Athletic Conference team twice, as well as the recipient of the 2013 newcomer of the year award.

Miller first played professionally in Luxembourg for Soleuvre, where he posted an amazing 23.6 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. He followed this with an equally high-quality season in Hungary for Marso. In 2016, he joined the Maine Red Claws of the NBA D-League, going on to top the Atlantic Division and making it to the eastern conference finals, before falling to eventual champions Raptors 905.

In 2017 he made the move to the NBLC and the Saint John Riptide. He started in every game in his first season in Canada, where he lead Saint John in scoring and was named to the Named to All-NBLC Third Team.

Miller has re-signed with the Riptide for the 2018-19 season, where he will look to repeat the performance that has made him a star in Saint John.
